Michelle Sunderman
Michelle is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Department. She joined the firm in April 2008. Prior to this, Michelle worked for many years in the medical profession as a nurses’ assistant. Michelle handles many cases for Jayson Chizick, and it is her responsibility to help the clients with any questions or concerns that they may have regarding their case.

An important part of Michelle’s job is working closely with her clients to make sure that their files are up-to-date and that all of the proper paperwork is filed in a timely manner. Being available to her clients and being able to assist them with the workers’ compensation process when needed is very important to Michelle; she wants to do all that she can to ensure the clients have a positive experience with our firm and that their case goes smoothly.
When Michelle is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family. They are outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy both fishing and hunting as much as possible.
